All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Single reviews are non-refundable once the review has been generated. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period ends.
Personal statements submitted for single reviews are processed immediately and deleted after the review is generated. For Pro subscribers, statements may be stored to provide the review history feature in your dashboard.
You agree not to submit content that is offensive, fraudulent, or violates any third party's rights. You may not resell or redistribute reviews generated by Statementory.
Statementory is provided 'as is'. We make no guarantees regarding university admissions outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
