Do I need an account for a single review?

What's the difference between a single review and a review pack?

The single review is a one-off payment — ideal if you want feedback on one draft. A review pack is also a one-off payment, but gives you several reviews at a lower price each, plus a dashboard and AI that compares each new draft against your previous one so you only get fresh feedback. Most students rewrite at least twice, which is why the pack works out cheaper. Credits never expire and there is no subscription.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

Yes. If you're not satisfied with your review, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.

When should I submit — early draft or near-final?

Both work well, but most students get the most value from an early review (when there's still time to make significant changes) and a second review on their revised draft. The Pro plan is designed for exactly this workflow.

Is the Schools plan per student or per school?

Per school account. Your account gets 50 reviews per month to use across all your students however you like. Each student has their own profile and review history in your dashboard.
